The service starts with a thorough analysis of the current state of your organisation. Together, we identify areas with potential for improvement, such as automating accounting processes, changing the structure of data to create clearer reports, or creating AI assistants to create emails, newsletters, and memos.

 

Based on the analysis, I will propose one or more pilot projects. Examples include setting up automation for bulk email creation to clients or creating a GPT assistant to search for information in internal policies.

 

This will be followed by pilot projects where the selected solution will be implemented on a smaller scale, for example within a single process. I continuously monitor usage, collect feedback and measure the impact on productivity.

 

A successful pilot is followed by full implementation across the organization, including employee training.

 

I also offer long-term consulting, which includes regular consultations on the latest technology trends relevant to your team or training.

 

The cost of services and time commitment is determined individually based on the scope of the project and the specific needs of your organization. I will carefully discuss with you the current situation and your expectations before beginning work. Short-term collaborations may only include an initial analysis. Long-term collaboration includes all of the above steps. In the case of long-term cooperation, I proceed in stages, which are priced separately. I propose the next phase at the end of the previous one. I collect feedback on an ongoing basis.
