About Me
I am a finance enthusiast, I love analysis and working with data. I have an unquenchable need to learn new things. I like to look for improvements, fix what doesn't work, and explore innovations applicable to the future. I can take responsibility, work independently and as part of a team, and reliably deliver what is needed. I can gather information and highlight risks. I am friendly, calm, patient and always willing to lend a helping hand. I like to be in an international environment. I focus on long term planning, looking for ways to prevent problems rather than dealing with the consequences.
What I'm interested in

I studied taxation at the University of Economics in Prague. I am a tax advisor registered in the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the Czech Republic. Taxes are a fascinating field. My dream is to be able to do tax returns on my mobile phone in a few clicks. To do that, we need tax professionals who are also skilled with technology. A tax advisor without digital competence cannot develop an app on a mobile phone, nor can they effectively describe it to IT experts. On the other hand, an IT expert without tax knowledge cannot guarantee the correct functioning and compliance of an app with tax regulations.

I am interested in management methods and technologies not only in finance that can contribute to long-term sustainability. I have experience in consulting environment, international corporate environment and startup.

I am working on my personal development, so I have completed several courses and programs in this area, such as Digital Leadership Marterclass (Filip Dřímalka) or Authentic Leader (Talentwork). I am able to work with talents according to Gallup, I can analyze the values and needs of the team and translate the team's strengths into the company's goals and the daily work of individual members.

Last but not least, I am a spreadsheet and AI enthusiast. I work with spreadsheets in Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion or Monday. When it comes to AI, I'm constantly trying out new tools. I regularly work with ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Le Chat (Mistral), Perplexity, NotebookLM (Google), Loom, HeyGen, DeepL.
