  • Retention period: Until withdrawal of consent (unsubscription)

• Online course registration:

  • Name, email, billing details (for paid courses)

  • Purpose: Access to the member's area of the course, account management, billing

  • Legal basis: Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)

  • Retention period: For the duration of the course and thereafter according to the legal retention periods for accounting documents 

• Contact form:

  • Name, e-mail, message.

  • Purpose: To answer an enquiry

  • Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)

  • Retention period: For the duration of the enquiry

Personal data is processed only by me and, where applicable, by the service providers I use (e.g. e-mailing tool, web hosting provider). I do not pass on personal data to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

Personal data is stored in secure systems and protected against unauthorised access, misuse or loss.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request access to and correction of your data

• Request erasure of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")

• Restrict the processing of your data

• Object to processing
