I start with a thorough analysis of the current state of your finance department. Based on this analysis, we will work together to create a detailed strategic reorganization plan. A key part of my approach is to generate a comprehensive list of activities needed to successfully implement change using the innovative AI tool PeopleBoard. With my experience in a variety of financial environments, I will select the most appropriate activities relevant to your situation, such as:

  • In the case of digitizing internal financial processes, I focus on mapping out the activities that will be automated, as well as those that require human control, and last but not least, those that your team has not done before but will do newly. I will develop a plan to retrain your team for new roles focused on data analysis and strategic decision making.

  • For growing companies, I will help with adapting the team structure to new requirements. related to ERP system selection and implementation or process optimization for higher transaction volume.

  • In preparation for international expansion, I will focus on creating a system for consolidating financial data across countries, selecting local partners for accounting and tax services, and setting up effective reporting for international management.

  • For accounting and advisory firms facing new technology challenges, I offer mentoring and training for staff to manage the change associated with incorporating AI into accounting and tax.

 

We will then conduct a prioritization process where we select the 50-100 most important activities, distribute these activities into specific projects, training programs and new guidelines. During implementation, I provide ongoing support and expert guidance, helping to address specific challenges such as implementing flexible working models or integrating new digital tools.

 

The cost of services and time commitment is determined individually based on the scope of the project and the specific needs of your organization. Before starting work, I will carefully discuss with you what your current situation and expectations are. Short-term collaborations may include only an initial analysis. Long-term collaboration includes analysis, defining specific projects, training programs, guidelines and implementation. In the case of long-term cooperation, I proceed in phases, which are priced separately. I propose the next phase at the end of the previous one. I collect feedback on an ongoing basis.
