Personal development service begins with measuring your talents and values. Specifically, the process includes:

Talent assessment using the Gallup CliftonStrengths® methodology.
Personal values analysis using the Barrett Values Scale

Upon completion of the measurement, you will receive:

A summary document in English containing a list of your top 10 talents and a summary of your personal values according to the Barrett Values Scale
Original detailed CliftonStrengths® 34 report in English

Followed by an introductory 50-minute consultation where we explain the basics of working with talent using the Gallup methodology and working with values. We then continue with regular consultations with a recommended frequency of 1-2 times per month.

During these consultations we will focus on:

A deeper understanding of your talents and their application to the finance profession
Aligning your career goals with your personal values
Working with emotions to increase adaptability to technological change

Base price for personal development services:

5,000 CZK (cca 200 EUR) for an initial assessment, compiling the results into a summary report and explaining the basics of working with talents and values
2,500 CZK (cca 100 EUR) for a regular online consultation of 50 minutes

The price can be set individually for long-term cooperation or in combination with other services.
