  • We start by measuring the talents and values of the people on your team. For details, see the description of the personal development service here.

  • Next, we will focus on the skills you most want to develop in your team. I'll prepare a training plan tailored to your people and your company strategy. The plan will include a tailored mix of activities such as advanced skills with spreadsheets and other tools (including AI), digital mentoring, online safety and tips to increase personal productivity.

  • I emphasize emotional development and assertive communication when strengthening digital competencies. The curriculum can include workshops on assertive communication, feedback, team communication and communicating with challenging partners. I work with Dana Hague in this area.   • The activities include working with AI. For example, for the triad activity, I created an AI assistant for Finance Gallup, which helps the team discover how to put their talents into practice
