Transitioning to a team culture that handles technology adaptation well is a long-term process. I focus on a few basic steps:

 

  1. Personal development of individuals, alignment with team and organizational goals.

  2. Analyzing workflows, mapping processes, identifying opportunities for technology optimization

  3. Creating a team culture that supports innovation and digital literacy

 

Given the complexity of this service, I recommend a minimum timeframe of 12 months. I set the price at the level of each phase. Before work begins, I will carefully discuss with the client/management what the current situation is, long-term goals and expectations. I will then propose the first phase with steps for the next 1-2 months including a quote. I propose the next phase at the end of the previous one. I collect feedback on an ongoing basis.

Personal development

 

We start with a comprehensive assessment of your team members' talents and values. We'll use the Gallup CliftonStrengths® methodology and the Barrett Values Scale.

 

This is followed by 1to1 meetings with each team member to explore their individual journey and the uniqueness they bring to the team. We align on how they understand the results of their talent and value profile.

 

Based on this, we set a long-term development plan that includes things like group workshops, triads or individual consultations.

 

The goal of personal development is a long-term stable, confident team that can ask for what they need, can give and receive feedback, and can set boundaries. How do you know?

  • In a consulting practice, for example, it will show up in your people being able to better recognize when they are already spending time on a client engagement that the client is not paying you for. They will be better able to explain the content and quality of services and price them better. You will be more transparent to your clients and be able to provide a higher quality of service.

  • The internal team will learn to communicate better with other teams in the company and with external partners. It will be able to better prioritize and organize activities to better suit the current direction of your firm.

 

Opportunities for technology optimization

 

We will explore workflows together and identify the activities that take up the most of your time. We identify areas where you can make significant improvements. I'll show your team how to use digital tools to better organize tasks, watch deadlines and prioritize. They'll learn how to effectively measure the time spent on each activity, allowing you to better understand productivity and find room for optimization.

 

We will also focus on the use of asynchronous communication, which is crucial in the modern work environment. I will show you how to use your available platforms to collaborate and share information effectively. I will introduce you to tools like Loom for creating video messages that can greatly improve team communication. If you work in an international environment, we will discuss the specifics of working with foreign colleagues and overcoming language barriers.

 

Last but not least, we'll look at how to effectively use AI tools for your team's work, whether it's generating text, images, diagrams, solving small IT problems, or analyzing data.
